STELLAR

Stellar

by: Rosalie M. Belen

In the vast expanse of twilight's grace,
A shooting star begins its chase,
Across the canvas of the night,
To bathe the world in sparkling light.

Through stardust trails, it dances free,
A celestial spectacle for all to see,
It grants a wish to dreamers' delight,
As it glides, casting magic bright.

Its journey whispers tales untold,
Of wishes sought and hearts consoled,
A beacon of hope, a cosmic sprite,
Painting the heavens with pure delight.

So when darkness veils the sky so deep,
Look up and watch as stars do leap,
For in that moment's fleeting flight,
The shooting star will shower you tonight.
